Programmes and Services for addressing sexual harm
Circles South East provides a range of services to help educate, prevent, disrupt and divert sexual harm and improve social inclusion and community safety. We work with Police and Probation to disrupt and divert this behaviour and support perpetrators of sexual abuse to live safely within the community. We also deliver structured programmes to address sexual harm within families and assessments to provide recommendations and risk management plans to aid statutory agency safeguarding and decision making.
Police Prevention Programmes
Prevention, Diversion and Disruption – Operation Vigilant
Working in partnership with Police Forces to prevent sexual harm through early identification, intervention and education.
Sexual Harm Prevention and Diversion Priority Access Model
Providing quick support and diversion to those at risk of sexual reoffending.
Circles of support and accountability
Circles of Support and Accountability CoSA
Supervised trained volunteers work with people who have committed sexual harm over 12-18 months to reduce loneliness and isolation and increase accountability and community safety, in partnership with statutory agencies.
Circles ReBoot
A structured, shorter Circle of Support and Accountability for people who have accessed Child Sexual Exploitation Material. A 3–6 month intervention to address patterns of behaviour and increase accountability.

Circles South East provides assessments including Sexual Harm Risk Assessments, AIM3 Assessments (12-18 year olds), and Capacity To Protect Assessments
Bespoke Interventions
Bespoke interventions where there is an element of sexual harm that needs to be addressed, supporting families, individuals or those that may have caused harm.
Intervention for young people
12-month support for young people who have committed sexual harm or who pose a risk of doing so.
Support for families and those affected by sexual harm
Counselling
Up to 30 sessions of counselling for anyone (over 18) affected by sexual harm.
Repairing families after sexual harm - Restoring The Balance
A programme delivered to families/support networks where a conviction or concern about sexual harm has been identified. Participants include individuals of concern a co-parenting adult, sibling, other family member or individual in the support network.
Developing Protective Parenting; Breaking The Cycle
An intervention for parents/carers of children where there are concerns about exposure to sexual harm. Providing education, information and empowerment to participants.
Services and safeguarding for families of those who committed a sexual offence - Restoring the Balance.
Repairing the familial relationships disrupted by a conviction for sexual offending by an individual within the family. This includes contact, online and images based offending.
