Lesley has worked in the area of sexual harm for over 20 years both in a criminal justice and community setting.
She has experience of working with individuals who have engaged in harmful sexual behaviour and the individuals/families affected by it.
I has extensive experience in Criminal and Family Courts delivering assessments of individuals and families. I have experience using a variety of recognised structured professional judgement tools.
Lesley is a member of the National Organisation for the Treatment of Baue (NOTA) and the Association of Child Protection Professionals (AoCPP).
